About the Project 
The Marina will provide berthing places for 167 yachts with various sizes ranging from 15 m to 60 m in length by the completion of the first phase, to be extended to capacity for 205 yachts in the second phase with maximum vessel length of 162 m.

The overall project will include floating concrete pontoons with pile guides for yacht berthing two stone breakwaters, Harbor Master Office, Fuel supplying stations, VIP reception, Marine facilities, equipment and furniture for high comfort of berthing and mooring for yachts and super yachts.

Professional Services
RW Armstrong has been entrusted to provide Construction Supervision Consultancy services and design review for this prestigious project. RW Armstrong is managing the Contractor, coordinating between the Designer and the Contractor, determining the optimum construction strategy and schedule, selecting the procurement strategy for the construction, ensuring that all design and construction works are on schedule.

RW Armstrong is also responsible for executing a Project Management level design review of all aspects of the project; Marine, Structural, Civil, MEP, to ensure that the requirements of the Client are incorporated.
