Deliberate communication will allow for accurate time projections as well as comprehensive client involvement.
Program management at RW Armstrong extends across all disciplines from a central program manager, who is the client’s primary point of contact. This manager exists to ensure the client will receive a product of the highest quality by coordinating with all persons, department, sub-consultants, and other bodies involved in the project. Planners are uniquely trained to work with multi-disciplines, coordinate large public improvement projects, seek buy-in from the public, and ensure that our clients needs are met, making them a perfect fit for this important role of Progam Management.
